FLOW 75  –  recommended for intermediate to advanced students
This 75mins Flow class is a dynamic and fluid Vinyasa-style practice that links breath with movement.  It emphasizes fluid transitions between poses, building strength, flexibility, balance and focus.  This class is designed for experienced students who are familiar with yoga poses by name, are comfortable adjusting poses when necessary and have an understanding of breath and how to integrate it into their practice.  This is a faster-paced, challenging class that may explore more advanced poses, such as inversions, arm balances and deeper back bends.  This class is not necessarily suitable for beginners or those with limited yoga experience.

FLOW HOUR  –  recommended for intermediate to advanced students
This 60mins. Flow class is a dynamic and fluid Vinyasa-style practice that links breath with movement.  It emphasizes fluid transitions between poses, building strength, flexibility, balance and focus. This class is designed for experienced students who are familiar with yoga poses by name, are comfortable adjusting poses when necessary and have an understanding of breath and how to integrate it into their practice.  This is a faster-paced, challenging class.  This class is not necessarily suitable for beginners or those with limited yoga experience.

SLOW FLOW  –  recommended for experienced beginner to advanced students
Our Slow Flow Yoga class is a moderately paced Vinyasa-style practice with luxurious and extended warm-up and cool-down periods.  Slower than our Flow Hour or Flow 75, this class allows for deeper exploration of poses, longer holds, and a focus on breath and alignment.  The class emphasizes strength, flexibility, and body awareness, with ample time for deep stretching, yin poses, and restorative postures.  This invigorating yet relaxing class is accessible to those with a basic yoga experience, offering a calming and effective practice.

YIN / FLOW  –  recommended for experienced beginner to advanced students
Yin/Flow blends the best of two styles: the deep, passive stretching of Yin Yoga and the dynamic movement of Flow Yoga.  Half of class is a Flow sequence of mostly standing poses that build heat, balance, and strength.  The other half of the class is focused on slower, longer-held, floor-based Yin postures that target deep, connective tissues.  This balanced practice promotes both relaxation and energy flow, offering a holistic approach to flexibility, mindfulness, and body awareness.

GENTLE YOGA  –  open to all levels
Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced, accessible practice that focuses on flexibility, mindful movement, strength and balance.  Though mostly a floor-based practice basic standing poses are incorporated making it suitable for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a more approachable class. While the pace is slower, the class still challenges students to deepen their practice while emphasizing breath and alignment. Although designed to be accessible, this class is not the least challenging we offer.  If you’re seeking more care and ease, consider Restorative or Yin Yoga.

YIN YOGA  –  open to all levels
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that focuses on deep openings and mindful movement, creating a thoughtful and introspective experience.  It targets the deep connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia—promoting flexibility, joint mobility, and profound relaxation.  With an emphasis on stillness and breath, Yin Yoga fosters mindfulness and a sense of calm, making it an ideal practice for stress relief and grounding.

RESTORATIVE YOGA  –  open to all levels
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, nurturing practice designed to promote deep relaxation and healing. Using props like blankets, blocks, eye-pillows, sandbags and bolsters, poses are fully supported to allow the body to relax and release tension without strain or effort.  Focus is on long, passive holds, slow breathing, and mindful awareness, helping to reduce stress, restore energy, and encourage a sense of calm and well-being.  This class is ideal for relaxation, recovery, and those seeking a more nurturing, restful practice.
