Cancelation Policies

Please take a moment to review the below requirements in order to retain your credit.

To cancel your registration, please:
Log into your account → My Classes → Upcoming → select your class/event → click Cancel
(The Momence app is the easiest way to manage your schedule.)

Cancellation Windows

• Classes: Please cancel at least 60 minutes before start time
• Events & Workshops: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made outside of these windows are non-refundable and not transferable

Please Note

• If no students are registered at least 60 minutes before a regularly scheduled class, that class will be canceled for the day
• Events and workshops with low enrollment may be canceled; if so, you’ll receive advance notice and a full refund
