Cancelation Policies

Please take a moment to review the below requirements in order to retain your credit.

To cancel your registration, please follow these steps: log into your account > my classes > upcoming > find your class > click cancel.

Be sure to make your cancelation:

• 60 mins before a class
• 24hr before an event

The Momence app, is easiest way to manage your class cancelations etc.

Please be aware:

• If no students are registered at least 60 minutes before any regularly scheduled weekly class, the class will be canceled for that day.
• Events with low attendance may be canceled. In such cases, we’ll provide advance notice and issue you a full refund.
