Maggie has been practicing yoga since 2005. She received her 200 hour teacher training certification in 2015 after a decade of experiencing tremendous benefits from the practice. She came to yoga seeking clarity, healing, relief, and inner strength. These benefits are what she hopes to guide students to experience in their own practice, in their own unique way. She credits Maty Ezraty and Seane Corn as the biggest influences to her teaching, but has an endless list of superb teachers, both on and off the mat. She intends her classes to be easygoing and relaxed, while maintaining a feel of deep reverence for the practice.
Maggie lives in the neighborhood with her adored husband, Jesse. She savors time with friends and family and delights in traveling the world. Maggie comes from a family of pilots and has been flying for the airlines since 2000. She finds the dichotomy of being an airline pilot and teaching yoga supportive to experiencing all aspects of herself.
