Sarah Senseman
Sarah's training background is rooted in the foundations of Hatha Yoga, alignment, and vinyasa styles. Her instruction often centers around a main theme or class of poses, such as backbends or hip-opening, with guided breath cues offered throughout. She loves to create fun, accessible flows that can be enjoyed by every student, especially anyone who wants to use movement to reconnect with themselves.Sarah is passionate about using props and modifications in class to fully explore poses and help students open and align. Her favorite part of teaching is creating community in and around the studio!
