Get to know our wonderful instructors
Tina's yoga journey began 15 years ago while living abroad and searching for alternative methods for coping with life-long chronic asthma and related symptoms. After dedicating herself to a regular practice and combining it with zazen meditation, Tibetan medicine, acupuncture, and various types of massage therapy, she eventually found her way to a more balanced and healthful way of life. She has practiced and taught a variety of styles of yoga including Astanga, Hatha, Bikram, Anusara, Vinyasa, and Iyengar. The intensity of each class she teaches depends on the group’s dynamic and individual requests and include students from beginner to advanced level in the same practice. It has been an exciting and educational path and she has been blessed to meet many truly wonderful people from all over the world. Tina is grateful for her continued opportunities and personal growth, and hopes to share her experience and knowledge with mher students to help them find comfort and strength as they heal and grow.
